Our livestock guardian puppies are growing up surrounded by poultry, goats, sheep, and other farm friends, learning the instincts that will one day make them trusted protectors.

At this young age, they still need lots of supervision, patience, and guidance—they are watching, learning, and building confidence alongside experienced guardian dogs and dedicated caretakers. While they’re not ready to guard on their own, they are laying the foundation for a lifetime of partnership.

Each puppy comes vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped, and is placed only with homes ready to continue their training and nurture them into strong, reliable guardians.

Jade’s life began with uncertainty—she and her sister Romy were discovered inside an aqueduct, with no homes, people, or help in sight. Nobody ever came forward to claim them, but Jade’s resilient spirit has carried her forward into a brighter chapter.

Now safe at the sanctuary, Jade is blossoming. She’s vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and already showing the bouncy, joyful personality that makes her shine.

Ruby ’s Journey: Ruby is a quirky young guardian with big potential. Ruby was born right here at the rescue and has been exposed to livestock since she was just 4 weeks old. Now 8 months old, she’s already showing strong instincts as a livestock guardian dog—working alongside her littermates and other young guardians without ever harming a single animal.

Like most pups her age, Ruby still has playful chasing tendencies, but with continued training and maturity, she’s well on her way to becoming an outstanding LGD. She’d thrive best with a confident male partner and a family committed to ongoing training and guidance.

Ruby is funny, full of personality, and yes—she has a touch of selective hearing that keeps us smiling. She gets along well with other dogs, has been exposed to cats, and brings a quirky charm to every moment. She loves water.
