Adoption fees: Your adoption fee covers only a portion of the cost to rescue and care for an animal before they are adopted. We provide veterinary care, microchips, vaccinations, spay/neuter (depending on age) and daily care (food, water, toys, treats, supplies, grooming, and a human to care for them 24/7). We take care of the animals medical needs which often run into the thousands of dollars. Please understand that the prices below are just a guideline and certain animals may have a higher or lower adoption fee due to special circumstances.

  • Dogs $300+-

  • Puppies (up to 12 months) $600+-

  • Senior dogs (10+) $200+-

  • Cats $150+-

  • Kittens (up to 12 months) $250+-

  • Cats over 10 years $100+-

Refunds and Returns: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ADOPTIONS, If, you return an animal for whatever reason, your adoption fee becomes a TAX-DEDUCTIBLE donation. PLEASE think hard about the commitment of raising an animal. They are demanding, they need consistency, training, time, resources and especially patience. Please note after a dog or cat has been in the home for months or years, we ask adopters for a donation when returning an animal to assist with its continued care. We CANNOT always immediately take back adopted animals once they have been adopted, or if they have exhibited serious aggression towards other animals or humans we ask for your patience and collaboration on the matter.

Puppies: No puppy should be exposed to public dog parks, trails, pet stores, any areas frequented by dogs, nor should they be exposed to unvaccinated dogs, until at least three vaccinations have been given to the puppy. However, we do encourage early training and ongoing, early socialization of the pups. Visits with healthy dogs and trips to your family or friends’ homes are encouraged.

ALL CATS SHOULD BE INSIDE AT NIGHT. Our cats are not feral or outdoor cats. They are people friendly, social felines, who like the company of humans, and the safety of a home.
