At Golden State Great Pyrenees Rescue & Sanctuary, our mission is simple but powerful: to rescue, rehabilitate, and restore purpose to livestock guardian dogs (LGDs) — with a special focus on the noble Great Pyrenees.

Too often, these dogs are misunderstood or abandoned for simply being who they are. We give them what they deserve: time to heal, expert evaluation, and the chance to live where their instincts are valued and their purpose restored.
