Thank you for your interest in fostering for Golden State Great Pyrenees Rescue & Sanctuary.

Our foster homes are the backbone of our mission — giving rescued Livestock Guardian Dogs (LGDs) a safe, structured place to heal, learn, and prepare for adoption.

Fostering a Great Pyrenees or LGD-type dog is a meaningful commitment. These dogs are independent, intelligent, and bred to think for themselves. We seek responsible, patient fosters who understand their working instincts and unique personalities.
